Beef Bourguignon – Bife Bourguignon

Eu adoro pratos únicos, esse é um dos que eu mais gosto. Sempre que faço é sucesso.

Hoje fiz para o jantar e esqueci de tirar foto, no final acabou ficando uma foto só do restinho, sorry, mas posso garantir que é uma delícia !

Bife Bourguignon

Ingredientes:

* 2 colheres de sopa de azeite

* 2 1/2 lbs de carne sirloin ou stew beef  cortada em cubos de 4 a 5 cms. ( ou 1 kg de alcatra)

* 3 dentes de alho expremidos ou amassados ( como preferir )

* 1 cebola bem picadinha ( para fritar com a carne )

* 1/3 de xícara de farinha de trigo

* 1/2 colher de chá de açúcar’

* 3 xícaras de vinho tinto seco

* 2 xícaras de chá de caldo de carne

* salsinha ( a gosto )

* 1 colher de chá de tomilho ( Thyme )

* sal ( a gosto )

* Pimenta do reino ( a gosto )

* bacon em cubos ou tirinhas ( a gosto )

* 1 xícara de cogumelos fresco ou uma latinha

* 200 grs ou 1/2 lbs de mini cebolinhas

Modo de Fazer :

Numa panela ( pressão )  aqueça o azeite e frite toda a carne.

Junte a cebola e o alho picadinhos.

Polvilhe a farinha e o açúcar.

Mexa e deixe a carne ficar dourada.

Adicione o vinho, o caldo de carne, a salsinha, e o tomilho.

Acerte o sal e a pimenta, se quiser coloque também um pouco de pimenta vermelha.

Tampe a panela, deixe ferver e abaixe bem o fogo e deixe cerca de 30 minutos no fogo baixo, abra e veja se está bom, se estiver, desligue e reserve.

À parte, doure o bacon ( pode ser no microondas ).

Acrescente o bacon, os cogumelos e as cebolinhas à carne e deixe cozinhar mais um pouquinho para esquentar os cogumelos ou cozinha-los caso sejam frescos, não cozinhe muito.

Sirva com arroz branco e batatas assadas ou pão italiano.

P.S. Se quiser pode colocar cenouras e batatas ao invés de cogumelos, fica uma delícia também, lembre-se que se for usar esses legumes você deverá colocar com a carne para cozinhar desde o início e abra um pouco antes pra ter certeza que eles não vão “desmanchar”.

Beef Bourguignon

Ingredients:

* 2 tablespoon of olive oil

* 2 1 / 2 lbs of beef sirloin or beef stew, cut into cubes 4 to 5 inches. (Or 1 kg of rump)

* 3 garlic cloves, squeezed or squashed (what you prefer)

* 1 onion and little pinprick (to fry with meat)

* 1 / 3 of cup of wheat flour

* 1 / 2 teaspoon of sugar ‘

* 3 cups of dry red wine

* 2 cups of  meat broth

* Parsley (to taste)

* 1 teaspoon of thyme

* Salt (to taste)

* Pepper (to taste)

* Bacon into cubes or little slices (to taste)

* 1 cup of fresh mushrooms or cans

* 200 grams or 1 / 2 lbs of mini spring onions

Add mode:

In a pot (pressure cooker) heat the olive oil and fry all the meat.

Add the onion and garlic

Powder the flour and sugar.

Stir and let the meat get golden.

Add the wine, broth, the parsley, and thyme.

Set the salt and pepper, if you want to also put a little red pepper.

Cover the pan, and let boil than put in a low fire about 30 minutes, open and see if it is good if it is, turn off and reserve.

In part, fry the bacon (can be in a microwave).

Add the bacon, mushrooms and onions to meat and let cook a bit more to heat the mushrooms or cooking them if they are fresh, not cook much.

Serve with white rice and potatoes or baked Italian bread.

P.S. If you want, put carrots and potatoes instead of mushrooms,it  is a delight too, remember that if you use these vegetables should put to cook with the meat from the start and open a little before you make sure that they will not “cutting up”.

Gostei da receita, estava procurando uma assim para experimentar. Só que não fiz inteira e usei calabreza junto, haha. Ficou bem gostoso!
