Aqui vai a receita :
Enjoy !

When I was little my mother and her friend who was our neighbor, every Saturday used to make sausage bread and bean soup.
Was like a tradition hehehehehe .. I love bean soup, unfortunately my mother already passed away…. The sausage bread I never learned ho to make it, but the bean soup when I can, I make it, and even my husband that doesn’t like soup, likes this one, although it is very simple.
Here’s the recipe:
Bean’s soup:
Put in the water a cup of Roxinho bean, we use here in the USA Pinto Beans, preferably leave it from one day to another, eliminate the water that the beans was soak, because if you cook it with that water that can cause gas, place another water and put it in the pressure cooker for 30 minutes after start boiling, turn off, remove the pressure and if it is already soft put it aside, if it is still hard cook it a little more and add more water if needs.
In a pan place olive oil (more or less 2 tablespoon) and 2 or 3 garlic cloves, (depends on your taste, I like a lot of garlic) and a half onion fine chopped, fry well and add the beans, put salt to taste, take a couple of cups and separate the remaining place in blender and liquify it, return to the pot and add a large potato into cubes, and two medium carrots, or as you like, if you can and like you can also add some bacon( fry it separate ), as I have high cholesterol, I do not put it, but it is good ….. and than return the cups of beans that you separated before bender, so you have some whole grains, too, not just the bean broth.
If necessary add more water as the vegetables will cook in this broth, when almost ready, add half of package of little shell pasta for soup, then put green chives, parsley, pepper and red pepper.
The soup is ready, serve it with toast, or garlic garlic bread, or like in my case, tortilla chips, it was very good.
Good memories that good food bring us huh?
Enjoy!
